We have a limited amount of loaner vehicles. If they are available we are more than happy to provide them for your needs. In case all loaner vehicles are taken, we work with a local rental agency so we can get you a rental at a discounted price.

The cabin air filter cleans air that you and your passengers breathe by filtering out dirt and other contaminants. Replacing your cabin air filter regularly reduces contaminants such as pollen, dust, and odors that enter your vehicle through the vent system and can help reduce allergy symptoms year round. You should change your cabin air filter at least every 12 months or 12,000 miles or based on the manufacturer’s specifications.

Rotating existing tires to new positions evens out wear and maximizes the life of each tire. It helps to distribute wear more evenly because each position wears the tires in different places. You should rotate your tires about every 6,000 miles or based on the manufacturer’s specifications.

• There is a grinding or high pitch squeaking noise coming from your vehicle’s brakes
• Your vehicle’s temperature gauge reads in the hot or red zone
• You see any steam or smoke coming from under the hood

If you experience any of these symptoms we recommend taking your vehicle to the nearest Auto Repair location as soon as possible for evaluation.

If your vehicle is mostly kept indoors, you should replace the wiper blades once a year. However, if your vehicle is mostly outdoors you should have them replaced at least two times throughout the year.

Regular oil needs to be changed at every 3 months or 3,000 miles driven. However, if your vehicle uses Synthetic Oil then the oil would need to be changed at every 5 months or 5,000 miles driven.

Noisy brakes indicate unsafe brakes. It is extremely important to bring your vehicle in for an immediate inspection.

This is a very serious problem – if your car overheats for too long, you can damage your engine. As soon as possible, find a safe place to pull off the road and shut the engine off! Do not attempt to check the fluid level in the radiator; the hot fluid can cause severe burns. Immediately have your vehicle towed in to us. We will perform a thorough inspection and detect the problem.

Yes, we work with many warranty companies and handle the payment process directly with the warranty company so that you don’t have to worry about it.

Our warranty for parts and labor is covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Our billing terms are set at Net 30 (unless otherwise agreed). We provide you with a monthly statement and accept all major credit cards, payment by phone, cash and check.

All our vehicles go through a 120 point checklist before being placed for sale. We have an on-site repair center meaning all our vehicles are properly serviced/checked by one of our mechanics.

Yes, we allow the vehicles to be checked by 3rd party mechanics as long is it’s within 5 miles of our facility.

Yes, all our vehicles come with a 1 month or 1000 mile limited warranty on engine and transmission.

Yes, we work with over 5 extended warranty companies.

No, we take care of all the paperwork including DMV visits to get your vehicle registered.

We personally don’t ship vehicles, but we can get you a price for the shipping. The paperwork will be mailed via Fedex/UPS.

Of course not! All our vehicles have a complimentary CARFAX report – all you have to do is ask.
