What vehicles do you work on?

We work on all makes and models, foreign and domestic, with specialized training and expertise on Volvo repairs.

What is your specialty?

We are a one stop automotive shop offering a full repair center, smog station and used auto dealership – all under one roof.

Are you a smog station?

Yes, we are a certified smog test and repair station.

What are your hours?

Service department is open Monday – Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm, and closed Sunday.

Sales department is open Monday – Friday 8:00am to 7:30pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Do you offer loaner vehicles?

We have a limited amount of loaner vehicles. If they are available we are more than happy to provide them for your needs. In case all loaner vehicles are taken, we work with a local rental agency so we can get you a rental at a discounted price.

Do you replace windshields?

Yes, we replace windshields.

Do you have a towing service?

Yes, we have a towing service available for our customers by appointment only.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are necessary for prompt service.

Do you offer shuttle service?

We can arrange a pick up and drop off at your convenience.

What is a cabin air filter and why change it?

The cabin air filter cleans air that you and your passengers breathe by filtering out dirt and other contaminants. Replacing your cabin air filter regularly reduces contaminants such as pollen, dust, and odors that enter your vehicle through the vent system and can help reduce allergy symptoms year round. You should change your cabin air filter at least every 12 months or 12,000 miles or based on your vehicle manufacturer’s specifications.

Why rotate your tires and how often?

Rotating existing tires to new positions evens out wear and maximizes the life of each tire. It helps to distribute wear more evenly because each position wears the tires in different places. You should rotate your tires about every 6,000 miles or based on your vehicle manufacturer’s specifications.

What are some warning signs that may mean car trouble?

  • Your vehicle’s check engine light is on
  • Your vehicle’s battery light is on
  • There is a grinding or high pitch squeaking noise coming from your vehicle’s brakes
  • Your vehicle’s temperature gauge reads in the hot or red zone
  • You see any steam or smoke coming from under the hood
  • Your vehicle vibrates severely when applying the brakes at highway speeds
  • Your vehicle is sputtering, hesitating, or loses power while driving
  • There is any type of fluid leaking from underneath the vehicle
  • Your vehicle attempts to or does shut off each time you stop at a light or stop sign

If you experience any of these symptoms we recommend taking your vehicle to the nearest Auto Repair location as soon as possible for evaluation.

How often should windshield wiper blades be replaced?

If your vehicle is mostly kept indoors, you should replace the wiper blades once a year. However, if your vehicle is mostly outdoors you should have them replaced at least two times throughout the year.

How often should I change the oil in my vehicle?

Regular oil needs to be changed at every 3 months or 3,000 miles driven. However, if your vehicle uses Synthetic Oil then the oil would need to be changed at every 5 months or 5,000 miles driven.

Why are my brakes making noise?

Noisy brakes indicate unsafe brakes. It is extremely important to bring your vehicle in for an immediate inspection.

What should I do if my car starts to overheat?

This is a very serious problem – if your car overheats for too long, you can damage your engine. As soon as possible, find a safe place to pull off the road and shut the engine off! Do not attempt to check the fluid level in the radiator; the hot fluid can cause severe burns. Immediately have your vehicle towed in to us. We will perform a thorough inspection and detect the problem.

What types of vehicles do you service?

All foreign and domestic: cars, trucks, vans, SUV’s, limousines and mid-size fleet vehicles.

What types of services do you provide for fleet?

We provide complete repairs and services to fleet vehicles.

Do you have a preventative maintenance program?

Yes, each time a vehicle is brought in to our shop we provide a complimentary 30-point inspection and service the vehicle accordingly.

Do you do warranty repairs?

Yes, we work with many warranty companies and handle the payment process directly with the warranty company so that you don’t have to worry about it.

What type of warranty do you offer on parts and labor?

Our warranty for parts and labor is covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

What are your billing terms and how is billing handled?

Our billing terms are set at Net 30 (unless otherwise agreed). We provide you with a monthly statement and accept all major credit cards, payment by phone, cash and check.

Do we have to sign a contract?

There is no contract to sign and no obligation to keep coming back. Our quality service speaks for itself.

What is the condition of your vehicles?

All our vehicles go through a 120 point checklist before being placed for sale. We have an on-site repair center meaning all our vehicles are properly serviced/checked by one of our mechanics.

Do you offer Financing?

Yes, we work with over 10 financial institutions, including private lenders to get you financed. Bad Credit, Bankruptcy, NO Credit – NO problem.

Can I take the vehicle to my mechanic?

Yes, we allow the vehicle’s to be checked by 3rd party mechanics as long is it’s within 5 miles of our facility.

Do you take trade-ins?

Yes, we do take trade-ins; however, we need to personally evaluate the vehicle.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes, all our vehicles come with a 1 month or 1000 mile limited warranty on engine and transmission.

Do you offer extended warranties?

Yes, we work with over 5 extended warranty companies.

Do I have to go to the DMV for registration?

No, we take care of all the paperwork including DMV visits to get your vehicle registered.

Do you ship vehicles for out of state purchases?

We personally don’t ship vehicles, but we can get you a price for the shipping. The paperwork will be mailed via Fedex/UPS.

Do I need to purchase a CARFAX report?

Of course not! All our vehicles have a complimentary CARFAX report – all you have to do is ask.
